Although the facilities are already operating normally, the system recovery takes time due to the stabilization process and the increase in demand experienced during the holiday weekend.🚰 Current status: The filter plant and the pumping stations are in operation, sending water continuously to the system.The service will continue to be restored gradually, so the higher and more remote areas will be the last to recover the service.👷 Our staff continues to work to speed up system recovery and restore service to all subscribers in the shortest possible time.We thank our customers for their patience and understanding as this process culminates.
